Placing your order

It is quick, clear and easy to place your order with BRiCKiZiMO through our site.

Search our website for the items of your choice and add them to your shopping cart. Please click on the "Checkout" button when you have selected all the products you want.

If you have already placed an order with us before, you can use your account details to login. If not, please click "Create an account".

Follow the various steps in the ordering process, enter your invoice and delivery address, select your shipping method and choose how you want to pay.

When you have completed the payment procedure, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. The status of your order(s) can be checked under "My account".

Payment

BRiCKiZiMO offers the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

    PayPal can be used for simple and safe Internet payments by Visa and MasterCard credit cards. PayPal requires a separate PayPal account.
  • Credit Card

    We accept the following Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard
  • iDeal

    iDEAL is the payment method enabling direct online payment through the payment systems of the largest banks in the Netherlands.
  • Bank transfer

Shipping

Delivery

BRiCKiZiMO uses two models to calculate shipping costs:

1. Orders that can be delivered through the postbox slot.

  • Shipping costs for the Netherlands

    € 3.95 in shipping costs will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items, weight or amount ordered.
  • Shipping costs for Belgium and Germany

    € 4.95 in shipping costs will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items, weight or amount ordered.
  • Shipping costs within Europe

    € 6.95 in shipping costs will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items, weight or amount ordered.
  • Shipping costs outside Europe

    € 28.95 in shipping costs will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items, weight or amount ordered.

2. Orders that cannot be delivered through the postbox slot.

This applies to, for instance, building sets.
The product description will specifically state that the item will be shipped as a parcel.

  • Shipping costs for the Netherlands

    € 7.95 in shipping costs will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items, weight or amount ordered.
  • Shipping costs for Belgium and Germany

    € 8.95 in shipping costs will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items, weight or amount ordered.
  • Shipping costs within Europe

    € 14.95 in shipping costs will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items, weight or amount ordered.
  • Shipping costs outside Europe

    € 28.95 in shipping costs will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items, weight or amount ordered.

Delivery time

After receiving your order and its payment, the items will be shipped as quickly as possible. Depending on our stock and the availability of the item with our suppliers this will take anything between 1 and 5 business days.

Delivery

After we have sent you our "Shipped" order update, your parcel will usually be delivered:

  • within 1 to 3 business days in the Netherlands
  • within 5 to 7 business days within Europe
  • within 5 to 15 business days outside Europe

If applicable, an email will be sent with a track & trace code so you can follow your order on the TNT website. If you are not at home on delivery, TNT will return to deliver the parcel the next day. If you are not at home this time either, a notification will be left for you with which you can collect the parcel at the nearest post office.

Returns

Products can be returned up to 14 days after purchase without stating reasons.

The consideration period is 14 days. If you want to make use of this consideration period, please do as follows:

  • If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service at info@brickizimo-toys.com
  • Please wait until we have sent you a return number before actually returning the item. The costs for doing so are payable by you. Please note: please add a copy of the receipt. Goods returned without receipt and return number will not be processed.
  • Upon receipt of the product it will be checked whether it is still in its original condition and/or packaging. If so, the purchase amount will be paid into your bank account within 30 days, or a replacement will be sent.

Complaints

Do you have a complaint about an item? Please contact our customer service at info@brickizimo-toys.com first. We shall come to a solution in consultation. For defective items you can make a claim under the guarantee.

If a formal complaint still remains, please send a written letter – within a reasonable time after the complaint has arisen – to:.

Please state in your complaint:

  • What it is you are not satisfied with and why.
  • Your name and address.
  • As many details as possible about the item purchased (order date, order number and the item description).
  • How you would like to see the complaint solved.

You will receive a reply within 7 business days. This may either be a formal reply, or a statement about when a more detailed reply can be expected. If you are not satisfied with BRiCKiZiMO’s reply, please notify us in the same way. This notification will also be responded to within 7 business days. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 business days, the dispute settlement rules of the Nederlandse Thuiswinkel Organisatie (Dutch Homeshopping Association) apply.

Guarantee

If an item is defective through no fault of your own, please contact our customer service. The guarantee period varies per product. The website states the guarantee provided with each item. You can also contact our customer service if your item turned out to be defective after the guarantee expired.
